Villa Engracia is a beautiful 3 bedroom house, spacious both inside and out, with a large private pool, impressive garden and large terraces, ideal for relaxing day or night. The sea can even be seen over the top of the surrounding palm trees from the first floor! A selection of restaurants, a supermarket and the Arenal Beach and Promenade are all within 5 minutes’ drive, with the old town and port a little further.
The large private swimming pool is surrounded by various terraces, both covered and open, providing plenty of space to sunbathe or relax in the shade. There’s also several comfortable seating areas with outdoor sofas, as well as a table and chairs for alfresco dining. At one end of the main terrace is a large brick BBQ, fuelled by gas, with a sink and poolside shower adjacent. Villa Engracia has solar panels located by the pool to take full advantage of the sunshine.
At the front of the villa is a private spacious, partially covered parking area which is gated from the street, as well as a pedestrian entrance to one side. The front door opens into a central hallway, with stairs leading up to the main living area on the first floor.
The open plan living space is on the first floor and combines the lounge, dining area and modern, well-equipped kitchen. Large patio doors on one side open onto a spacious semi-circular shaped terrace which is partially covered, with comfortable seating overlooking the pool below to the sea in the distance. A second smaller balcony can be accessed from the lounge, which has steps down to the pool terrace, and views over the surrounding palms at the side of the house.
Villa Engracia has 3 bedrooms – a twin and 2 doubles – spread over both levels of the house. Downstairs, the twin bedroom has an en suite shower room and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. The double bedroom has an open en suite wet room with a large circular shower, WC and sink. On the first floor is a second double bedroom with separate bathroom adjacent.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our stay at Villa Engracia was an idyllic retreat close to amenities. The first-floor living space, leading to a semi-circular terrace, allowed us to enjoy sea views and the surrounding palms. The pool terrace, with a gas BBQ and solar panels, became our favorite spot. The well-designed layout, with bedrooms on different levels, offered a sense of privacy. The villa’s proximity to Arenal Beach and local restaurants made it a convenient and delightful choice.
It is a beautiful villa with every home comfort you can think of.Everything you need is there to make your stay enjoyable! The villa offers total privacy with a lovely pool. We stayed here with my family. The location is great. Supermarket 2 mins down the street. I would highly recommend this villa and will hopefully return in the future. Thanks for a lovely relaxing holiday!
We enjoyd a wonderful week at this house. Everything was perfect. The neighborhood was quite and safe with a nice view from the balcony. Great bbq. We highly recommend the this place!
