Beautiful 430m2 fully fenced villa built on a 10,000m2 plot in the purest Ibizan style, located a couple of kilometers from the beach of Cala Bassa and close to the beaches of Cala Conta, Cala Tarida and Port des Torrent.
Villa Encina has 5 double rooms with private bathroom and 1 single (capacity for 11 people total) Bathrooms – There are 5 bathrooms with large showers, sink and toilet.
The house has two bungalows on the outside with a common patio. Each bungalow has two 90×190 beds and a complete bathroom with shower. Also outside the house there is a third independent bungalow with two 90×190 beds, its small terrace with views, its bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
The entire front of the house has a large porch with furniture to eat or simply enjoy the views or the tranquility. From here we have access to the pool area which is spacious. Barbecue area. The villa has at the entrance of a full bathroom on the right, a spacious living room with several exit doors to the porch and the pool area. From here you can access the kitchen area by stairs, large, all glazed and with a dining area. Also from the living room there is access to two bedrooms, one double with two 90×190 single beds and the other single with a 90×190 bed. By stairs you can access the main double bedroom on the upper floor with a 180×190 bed and a bathroom with bathtub, dressing room and a large terrace with beautiful views of the sea.

Villa Encina is 1.9 kilometres to the sandy beach at Cala Bassa (unsurprisingly where you will find Cala Bassa Beach Club). The sunset beach at Cala Compte is 4.4 kilometres away (or a 3.6 kilometre walk or run of you are feeling energetic!). San Antonio Bay is 6 kilometres and a kilometre or so from the beach are the sunset bars of Cafe Mambo and Cafe del Mar. Other nearby beaches include the sandy beach at Cala Tarida (for Cotton Beach Club and traditional beachfront restaurants including C’as Mila) or smaller beaches and coves such as Cala Carbo (18 kilometres) where there are 2 excellent long-established family owned and run seafood restaurants.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
