The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our stay at Villa Edgardo in Cala Llamp was nothing short of marvelous. This 6-bedroom villa, with its breathtaking sea views, provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Villa Edgardo in Cala Llamp exceeded our expectations. With its sea views and tranquil surroundings, it truly felt like a slice of paradise. The villa’s main house, with a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, offered ample space for our group. The large swimming pool and multiple terraces were perfect for unwinding, and the sea views were simply stunning.
Our stay at Villa Edgardo in Cala Llamp was pure bliss. The villa’s 6 bedrooms, breathtaking sea views, and quiet location made it the ideal getaway. We particularly enjoyed the spacious living room, the inviting swimming pool, and the various terraces with views that left us in awe. The separate apartments added extra convenience to our stay.
The service was on very good level, many thanks to villa manager Alba about that. Booking of villa was very easy, and he was very helpful in any matters. He gave us very good instructions before we even arrived to island and thanks of those instructions. Free airport transfer was available. Villa is located on hills, you can view both coast of Puerto Andratx and sea. We spent most of our time at outdoors, enjoying sun and pool.
We stayed at Villa Edgardo for the second time in June. There is always a chance that a place will not live up to your memories, but no worry here – it was just as beautiful as the first time.
We stayed 14 days in this villa and enjoyed it very much. The location is amazing and the villa itself is very spacious. It was a perfect vacation location for us.
