The property is built on two floors and features a foyer with living room, guest toilet, a kitchen with storeroom, dining room and bedroom with en-suite bathroom. An elegant staircase leads to the first floor where there is a magnificent library. The property offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one of them en-suite, a large terrace overlooking the sea and the golf course, plus a pool of approx. 70 m2, a fountain and a double garage. Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. Our stay at Villa Edenia was an absolute delight. This stunning 5-bedroom villa, nestled in a tranquil residential area in Bendinat, offered breathtaking views of the sea and golf course. Villa Edenia in Bendinat exceeded our expectations. This 5-bedroom gem is an oasis of tranquility with stunning sea and golf course views. We have just returned from a brilliant week at Villa Edenia. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed the comfort and location of this fabulous house. With fine attention to detail, the owner has created a glorious holiday home that offers lots of extras and a level of service not normally enjoyed from a holiday let. The views from the lovely garden and pool area extend across farmland to to the sea offering the most beautiful and peaceful of environments. It is not overlooked and is very quiet. We rent houses on a regular basis, sometimes up to four a year and this is most definitely at the top of our list, we enjoyed every moment and hope to return soon.

The house is very well equipped and feels like a comfortable and safe home, with the best view in the world. The owners take meticulous care of the property. Mallorca is such a welcoming place. Great services provided by this travel agency, free airport transfer, free welcome pack. Highly recommend!! We do hope to return to the lovely Villa Edenia.
