We are delighted to be able to offer this stunning villa Duenas in a rare unrivalled frontline location in Playa Blanca with breath taking views of the coast, to sea, and the islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. The Playa Real estate is gated with a private gate and ramp onto the seafront walkway. Playa Flamingo beach with its cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, is just 7/8 minutes walk away, with superior restaurants 6 to 7 minutes walk at La Mulata, Natura beach.
The villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 en suite. The beautiful master bedroom bathroom has a large walkin power shower, as has one of the twin bedrooms. The third bedroom has a single bed and a double sofa bed, so can be used as a twin or a double bedroom The other bathroom has a bath with shower over.
The large air conditioned lounge/dining room has simply stunning views out to sea and the islands. Step outside to the appreciate the view and enjoy the large terrace surrounding the 10m x 5m electrically heated swimming pool. In addition to the covered outside dining area and barbecue, there is a delightful seating area under the trees where you can watch the sun going down and appreciate the view with a glass of wine.
There is a stunning large very modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could require. The villa has internet TV with many English channels, and a DVD player. Free WiFi.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

What do you need more??!!! This amazing front villa beach!!!! The service was outstanding, and the concierge team helped arrange an amazing private tour of the island. We felt completely at home here. Absolutely 10/10!

The villa is very well equipped and comfortable for adults and children. The children enjoyed jumping in the (cold) pool! Front line beach villa. Amazing Playa Blanca location!!

This is an excellent family holiday home! Beautifully maintained and presented, modern, well equipped villa!. Front Beach villa in Playa Blanca Lanzarote. There is a supermarket and restaurant within walking distance and a bus stop just minutes walk away. Direct access to the sandy beach from the villa. We would definitely stay at this villa again.
