The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

We stayed here with three other families and had plenty of space. The villa is really well-designed and super comfortable. The living areas were great for hanging out, and we loved eating dinner outside on the huge terrace. The pool was big enough for all of us, and the tennis court kept everyone entertained. The location was also perfect—close to some lovely beaches and restaurants. We also got great recommendations from the agency for things to do around the area. Highly recommend it!

I had the best time at Villa Dorotea with a few friends to celebrate my onomastico. The house is absolutely gorgeous, and the view from the terrace was just out of this world. We loved the cozy corners around the villa for relaxing. The concierge team was fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed, from restaurant reservations to a private tour around the island. Definitely will be back!

We stayed at Villa Dorotea for a birthday getaway and it was unforgettable. The location is perfect—close enough to Ibiza town, but secluded enough for a peaceful escape. The pool area and garden were ideal for lounging. The villa is so spacious, and every room has its own bathroom, which was great for our group of friends. Special shoutout to the agency for the seamless booking process and the discount we got! They even helped us plan some awesome activities. Totally recommend!

We had an amazing week at Villa Dorotea for a family reunion. The villa is huge, perfect for our group of 14! The views were absolutely breathtaking from every terrace. The pool was always clean and a perfect way to cool off after a day exploring Ibiza. Loved the tennis court too! We were really impressed with the concierge services—they helped us book a private chef who made the best meals, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Huge thanks to the team for making everything so easy. Can’t wait to come back!

This villa is fantastic! I stayed here in June with 7 friends and right from organizing the booking and throughout the stay, Alba was great at sorting out everything we needed. The pool is amazing and really made our holiday! The bbq facilities and kitchen are also superb and the villa is always clean and really well maintained. The area is also lovely with plenty to do and the local people are really friendly and helpful! Definitely book this villa if you want a great holiday!

This place is a real Pearl- it is everything advertised and more. The staff was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a full explanation for operating the villa and more important the best things to do in the area.
The house is well equipped: It is on a large plot with a beautifully kept garden and a good size swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped- microwave, oven, full size fridge ceramic hob and plenty of utensils.
The villa is located in a quiet peaceful and safe area of Ibiza.
The house is extremely well kept, is clean and is new and modern.

he managers of this villa definitely go above and beyond the call of duty, nothing is too much trouble. ( They even rented us a vehicle at a very special rate). The ambience is wonderful and creates a very mediterranean holiday feel. All the appliances and furniture is of a good quality unlike many rental properties I have used in the past. I strongly recommend this exquisite villa as a place to unwind and totally relax for a large group or more families.
