This very luxurious and stylish four-bedroom villa sleeps eight people and features a large private swimming pool, fitness area and spectacular views of the azure waters of the Mediterranean. This luxury villa is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighbourhood, with only local traffic. You can park your car safely on the private grounds. Villa Dorcas is located right on the seafront and the shops, restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance of 500 to 2,000 meters. Due to its ideal, central but rural, location and spacious layout, this spectacular holiday residence is ideally suited for families who want to experience their holiday in all imaginable luxury!

Villa Dorcas is a completely detached holiday villa on two floors, located at street level, with a combined living space of 863 m2. The entrance is located on the ground floor, where you will find the very spacious and luxuriously appointed living room, which features a flat-screen satellite TV, a fireplace and a beautiful spacious green-coloured corner sofa. Large sliding glass doors lead you from the living room to the beautifully landscaped outdoor area. In the living room, in an elevated position, you will find a luxurious modern glass dining table where you can enjoy memorable family dinners in style. The very spacious, fully equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences to complement your self-catering stay. On the ground floor, there is also a gym with pool views, a dressing room and a bathroom for the sporty holidaymaker. On the top floor of this very well-equipped villa you will find the four very spacious and modern bedrooms (three bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has a double sofa bed) and three fully fitted modern bathrooms. The contemporary and luxurious interior of the villa is bright and has a warm and atmospheric ambience.

At the front of the villa is the private swimming pool (50 m2), which you can access via the beautifully designed terrace. Villa Dorcas has a beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of spaces where you can immerse yourself in luxury and relax while the children enjoy themselves in the swimming pool or on the beautiful green lawn! In the evenings, you can dine al fresco and enjoy meals that you have prepared on the barbecue – or try some typically Spanish tapas.
