Passing a 24 hours staffed gatehouse, the villa is another three minutes drive along the coast. Decor and furnishings are all of very high quality. The kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect to find at home. There is attention to detail in every room.
The villa offers plenty of space and a lawn. The outdoor area provides seating on the 2 dining terraces for up to 10 guests. This location is perfect for families or groups of friends, the villa offers seclusion and is a tranquil place to enjoy Ibiza. The open plan living and dining areas are extremely spacious and lead onto the terrace and garden via large windows.
This 5 bedroom villa is spread over two floors with 450m2 of living space. All rooms with seaview. On the ground floor next to the living area there are two en-suite bedrooms with dressing area.
On the first floor you find three further en-suite bedrooms including the master bedroom apartment measuring over 80m2. This master suite offers a living-, bed- and dressing room, a bathroom with bath top and shower, separate WC and private terrace with fantastic sea view.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

This villa is a dream! It’s really secluded, so you get total privacy, which was exactly what we needed. We spent a lot of time at the nearby beaches, especially Cala d’Hort—it’s so beautiful. The villa itself is stunning, clean, and very well-maintained. The service was excellent too, with a free welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived. I can’t imagine a more peaceful place to spend a week in Ibiza!

Had an amazing week at Villa Dillan with a group of friends. The villa is everything you could want and more. The views of the sea and Formentera are simply unreal, especially from the master bedroom! We spent lots of time on the terrace, just soaking it all in. The location was so peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to do in Ibiza. The concierge services made everything so much easier—transfers were arranged, and they even gave us great local tips for dining. Highly recommend!
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Dillan in the first week of June. The weather was perfect, the beaches easily accessible and safe for small kids.
The agent was very helpful with taverna recommendations and directions to the best beaches of area.

Villa Dillan is the best holiday we have been on as a big family. So much so that this was our second time staying there. The Villa is beautiful and really well equipped. The pool is fantastic as is the brilliant playground for the children. I can’t recommend it more highly! Free welcome pack and free airport transfer was available. All in all it was 1st class and we will be going for a 3rd time next year!
