The Ground Level accommodates 2 Super-King Bedrooms with en-suite Shower rooms. (Bedrooms No 4 and 5). Both these Private Rooms have their own separate entrance but share one of the numerous Sun Terraces that encircles this fabulous Villa.
The First Level, which is approached via the Main Front Door, opens into a Sumptuous double-width, open plan Lounging Area. This room leads into a Separate Dining Area and then acesses the very modern, fully fitted Kitchen with separate Utility. All these rooms are south facing and with the glass doors and panels, the uninterrupted views over Costa Adeje are Simply Stunning. Infact, you can see as far as Las Americas to the left and Calleo Savaje to the right!
The Lounge has modern features with large leather Sofas, a Sound System, Docking Station and large wide screen TV with UK Channels, Sky Sports and Internet. This Level also accommodates the Master Super-King Bedroom, (Bedroom No1), to the left of the Lounge. This luxurious room has it’s own private glassed sun terrace, extra large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity area, twin sinks and free standing bath. A Real Wow Factor!
The 12m Swimming Pool, also accesed from this level, has 2 separate heating systems to guarantee continuity of heat plus an automatic solar cover which is electrically operated. The Second Level accommodates 2 more Separate Bedrooms, (No 2 and 3). Bedroom 2 has a Super-King bed with sitting area, separate dressing area, ensuite shower room and very large outside Terrace for Sun Bathing and Dining. Bedroom 3 has a King-Size bed, small sitting area, ensuite shower room and corner style Terrace for sitting.
The Sun Bathing Terraces and BBQ Terraces have a variety of small nooks and corners ideal for total relaxation and the Mature Landscaped Gardens have been specially designed to enhance that peaceful and tranquil experience!

Amenities
The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our stay at Villa Desdea was a wow factor experience in Las Moraditas. The 5 spacious king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, oozed luxury. The open-plan lounging area, separate dining area, and modern kitchen provided comfort with breathtaking sea views. The 12m swimming pool, featuring dual heating systems, and the private glassed sun terrace of the master bedroom added to the overall charm. A truly unforgettable villa!
We had a lovely week with our large family. The villa well equipped and all interest points are at walking distance. The pool was cleaned 3 times, There are BBQ facilites both at the villa and by the pool which also has a fridge. I recommend the villa!!!!
From the moment we pulled up on the drive, we were met with a warm welcome. The house was pristine, the pool equally so: it was exactly as pictured on the photographs. Access to local facilities and towns is a great bonus. We are definitely hoping to return next year and would recommend it to anyone: families, couples or friends. Thank you for making our stay special.
