Villa Denisa is a wonderful new addition to the programme and is located in Cala Vinyes in Southwest Mallorca, just 25kms from the beautiful city of Palma and capital of Mallorca. Part residential and part holiday destination, most of the properties in Cala Vinyes are built on the headland, offering spectacular views over the bays of Magaluf and Palma, and Villa Denisa is one of these!

Once you have arrived at Villa Denisa, you will quickly discover that the small resort of Cala Vinyes has a few local bar/café/restaurants, a couple of gift shops, as well as a dive centre, bicycle & car hire, tennis & basketball courts. There is a Spar supermarket, a five minutes’ walk away, and an Aldi supermarket & Lidl supermarket, both just a short drive away.

However, Cala Vinyes’ most precious asset is, without doubt, its lovely family-friendly beach, with shallow waters and fine sand, and less than a 10-minutes’ stroll away.

Villa Denisa is an extremely spacious sophisticated villa, offering a high standard of accommodation on two levels.

Sleeping 10 persons in 5-bedroom suites (2 doubles & 3 twins) with an additional 2 persons, which can be accommodated on a convertible double sofa bed (either in the office/study downstairs or the sitting area of the first bedroom upstairs), it is the perfect choice for a family or group of friends looking to holiday together in Mallorca.

All bedrooms have: Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and sumptuous towels, Televisions and Satellite TV, Bowers and Wilkins wireless sound systems or iPhone/ iPod speakers, hairdryers, air-conditioning/central heating, and most have ceiling fans too.

The vast and very comfortable living room is 80 m2 in size, is perfect for relaxing, with high ceilings, marble floors, picture windows and expansive sea views. The dining area is a 40 m2 in size, is ideal impressive socializing and adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen.

Off the living area & 3 steps down, you will find the Jacuzzi (hot tub), suitable for 4 persons. This is also accessible via the terrace. It is a lovely spot to relax, chillout and enjoy the wonderful sea views.

Outside, there are many different external spaces that you can enjoy!

Off both the living area, and the dining area, there are doors to the terraces & steps down to the swimming pool area. The swimming pool is an infinity pool that blends perfectly with the sea and is set in a lovely open terrace surround with sun loungers.

Both pool heating and pool fencing are available on request (pool heating at a supplementary charge, pool fencing at no charge).

There is a covered terrace with a comfy rattan suite on one terrace – perfect for enjoying an end of day cocktail and watching the boats go by, and two dining terraces, one with solid teak dining table & benches, and a professional Weber gas barbecue, for alfresco dining.

This property features an upstairs room named ‘The Sanctuary’ – A High Tech Teleworking Meeting room with a table & chairs to seat 10 people, 65-inch TV-Satellite TV, PlayStation 3, WIFI, presentation boards for meetings and doors to balcony/terrace. This room is used as either a games room, or if there is work to be done which requires a bigger space than the downstairs study (and a sea view), an office room.

There is a table tennis table for entertainment. Finally, Villa Denisa has ample parking for four cars.

There is a 75-inch state of the art flat screen TV, with a Denon Home Cinema System, English SKY full HD and German Satellite TV. There are also Bose speakers, a PlayStation 4 & WIFI throughout.

Off the living area, there is an office/study. Off the entrance hall, there is a dining room, furnished with a combination of modern solid oak & antique furniture and another picture window & wonderful sea views. Off both the living area, and the dining area, there are doors to the terraces & steps down to the swimming pool area.

Off the dining area, is the well-equipped kitchen, wooden units & marble worktops, with induction hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3 fridge/freezers (including a large double door American fridge/freezer with an automatic ice making machine) and doors to terrace, through to the utility room with washing machine & tumble drier.
