This newly renovated property has been restored using the highest quality materials. An electric gate grants access to the estate, past the staff house, the two guest houses, the orange plantation and leads to the entrance with a large carport and plenty of car parking spaces.

The villa boasts magnificent coastal views, vistas of the island of Formentera, the beaches of Cala Jondal and Sa Caleta. The garden is built in a Mediterranean style and is perfect for families and children.

From the pool area there is a stunning vista to the country and the hills. There is a pool house with kitchen, a dining area, an outdoor shower and a high-end sound system. In this entertainment area you can relax and enjoy the silence, or you can celebrate with a fantastic party and barbecue.

The house is built on two levels. The lower area offers a large living room with fireplace and large windows, all built facing the sea and pool. The ceiling is decorated in silver leaf. A wine cellar (humidor) is also available. From every corner of Dellucci you can have a sea view, and views of the pool with color-changing LED lighting.

The large, separated dining room is located next to the fully equipped kitchen. The interior is very luxurious with attention to detail. On the upper floor you’ll find the majestic main bedroom, dressing room, a beautiful bathroom, three additional en suite bedrooms and large terraces with overwhelming views.
