If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

We had a fantastic week at Villa Daria. The location in Costa d’en Blanes is ideal – close to everything but still peaceful. The villa itself is stunning, with spacious bedrooms and a luxurious living area. We were also really happy with the services provided by the agency, from the smooth booking process to the thoughtful welcome pack. It was a treat to relax by the pool with that amazing view of the Mediterranean. Definitely worth every penny!

This villa truly has the wow factor. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the size and beauty of Villa Daria. The master bedroom is like something from a dream, and the living areas were so comfortable for all of us. The outdoor pool and gardens were perfect for spending lazy days in the sun. Big thanks to the property manager for making everything so easy. This was our second time using the agency, and we’ll definitely be back!

What an incredible villa! We stayed at Villa Daria to celebrate a special occasion, and it exceeded all our expectations. The property is huge, with luxurious rooms and a fantastic pool. The concierge services were top-notch – they arranged everything for us, from restaurant reservations to a private yacht trip. The villa is in a great location, just a short drive from the marina and Palma. Highly recommend!

This villa is perfect for large groups! We were a party of 8 and had more than enough space. The kitchen was a dream – we loved cooking together and enjoying meals in the dining room with the fireplace. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we all had fun visiting the nearby beach and marina. The agency was very responsive, and the booking process was smooth. A great holiday overall!

Enjoying two lovely weeks at this residence on beautiful Mallorca. The setting of the house is stupendous for a relaxing trip along with my big family. The house is just as described and a perfect retreat to escape for a while, regenerate batteries and the senses to reflect on life.
