Villa Cuna is located on a small hill on a 15,000 m2 plot in the countryside with the convenience of having the town of San José just 400 m away. It was built in the 18th century and has been carefully restored, preserving architectural elements and characteristics, representative of the Ibizan culture.
It has spacious rooms and thick stone walls that provide the ideal indoor temperature in any season. The villa has a total of 280m² and 3,500m² of terraces and gardens.

Villa Cuna is 400 metres to the village of San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia). In this traditional village are the obligatory church, about 10 restaurants, including one or two that are normally open for breakfast, and two medium size supermarkets (Hiper Centro and Spar). San Jose is the gateway to the west coast beaches and also only about a drive of 20 minutes to Ibiza Town and some of the best beaches in the south.

100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
