The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.

100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.

70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.

Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The location was ideal, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. We got to experience the glitzy side of Puerto Banus and the serene beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range. Our stay at Villa Cruz was pure perfection. We can’t wait to return!
The villa had a fully-equipped, modern kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze. We enjoyed the sunny days by the inviting pool. The covered patio with comfortable sofas was perfect for taking a break from the midday sun.
The bedrooms were a pleasant surprise. Each one was uniquely designed, and I loved the themed décor. The lounge and dining area were incredibly spacious and elegant. We could entertain and dine with our group of friends with ease.
I can’t say enough about our stay at Villa Cruz. The architecture of the villa is simply stunning. From the moment we arrived, the beautiful courtyard with its mosaic-tiled fountain set the tone for a magical holiday. It was the perfect place for our pre-dinner drinks under the stars.
We enjoyed a wonderful week at this fabulous holiday home. The villa is every bit as luxurious and contemporary as the description. The villa contains all the facilities a family needs; plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, clean comfortable beds, well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, huge flat-screen television, loads of storage in the bedrooms. Outside there’s a pool and lovely grassy sun-terrace, also a storage area with a BBQ.
We stayed at Villa Cruz for a week with another 18 friends and it has been a great place for a party same time relax. We all were surprised with the view and how the Villa was well maintained and regularly clean everyday. We have spent a magical great week in Costa del Sol. We would happily go back for a nice relaxing holiday and we highly recommended to other people.
We have just returned from staying at Villa Cruz, where from the moment you walk through the door you are privileged to be staying in such an amazing home! From the spectacular views through the large glass patio doors to the luxury interior. We had everything we needed for our lovely stay, from comfortable beds, two large fridges and even being provided with pool towels, which you don’t find in many rentals and we have stayed in a few in Costa del Sol over the years. This has to be one of the finest villas to rent on the area, our family had the most relaxing, wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return again, if only to enjoy the stunning beach of Marbella. This is truly five stars *****
