The villa has a contemporary bright interior with a warm and homely feel is secluded & peaceful. South-facing with wonderful morning sun and cool, shady late afternoons and evenings on the terraces with stunning sea and mountain views.

The 13m long by 3.5m wide infinity swimming pool (black in colour) reflects the beautiful pine trees and evening skies in the late afternoons.

A large modern gas BBQ (Weber) is located on the main pool terrace and outdoor dining area seating 10. There are 8 sun loungers available for use on the pool terrace as well as a covered comfortable outdoor seating area. Enjoy alfresco dining with panoramic views of Puerto Banus, Marbella and beyond.

Cristofor is “intelligent” and eco- friendly making use of renewable passive energy, benefiting from the sun during the warmer months. Ecologically designed underfloor climate control along with automatic humidity control insures a comfortable inside temperature that remains stable no matter the weather.

Extra wide doors have been included throughout the villa and the elevator is useful for elderly guests or those who have difficulty with mobility.

The villa is equipped with Fibre optic wireless internet and Wi-Fi access inside the entire home and outside on the terraces.

For entertainment the villa offers IPTV with more than 1000 channels in many languages plus Netflix. A simple download of the Heos app provides access to music in every bedroom and all living areas. You can select a different channel in every living area and 3 of the bedrooms. Heos is compatible with Spotify, Tunein, Tidal, and other internet based music providers

The Games room located on the lower level has a ping pong table, foose ball and a small gym with a bench press plus weights. Leading off the gym area is a 6th full bathroom with shower and a steam room.

The living areas are open plan all leading out onto the pool terrace. The main living area is open to the kitchen with its central island with views through to the main living area.

There is a cosy formal lounge with a fireplace for those extra special cooler winter months or quiet reading getaway. Located opposite is an amazing traditional Spanish Bodega (wine tasting room).

The contemporary kitchen is equipped with Neff appliances including an oven, a steam oven, a micro-wave oven, induction hob, dishwasher and 2 warming draws. There is a separate pantry with an additional large American style fridge, separate freezer and separate large ice making machine. Drinking water in the kitchen is provided on the central island by filtered water (Osmosis filtration) and the water feed to the American fridge and ice maker in the pantry is also filtered.

The generously sized Laundry is equipped with Bosch appliances including a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a second dishwasher. Drying and ironing facilities included.

The master bedroom with its own dressing room and spectacular bathroom has wonderful views down the valley to the sea and is located on the pool level with direct access to the pool terrace.

There are two generous ensuite guest bedrooms upstairs each with their own private terrace and sharing a cosy lounge and built in coffee station. The lounge has a smart TV (including Netflix). Each of the two upstairs bedrooms has a wireless Heos speaker for music. The larger of the two bedrooms has enough room for a baby’s cot which can be provided upon request. The ensuite bathroom has a bath and a shower.

The 4th loft bedroom is located on the upper floor. This bedroom has a bathroom at the bottom of the stairs, its own standard air-conditioning unit. It has two single beds and a loft bed suitable for a child. (1.8M) long

If further sleeping accommodation is required there is a very comfortable sleeper sofa in the study that can accommodate 2 adults. The bathroom is shared with the loft bedroom.
