Villa Cortese is a luxurious and elegant villa located in the prestigious residential urbanisation of Sierra Blanca in the hills behind the Golden Mile, offering exceptional views to the sea and La Concha mountain. It is situated at just a five minutes’ drive from both Marbella and Puerto Banus.
The villa is designed in the classical Mediterranean style, with an imposing antique entrance gate to the beautiful courtyard. The main entrance to the house is composed of a second antique entrance door with stone capital in Roman style.
The ground floor comprises a spacious living area with antique fireplace, a gallery-style library featuring a second antique fireplace, a split-level dining room, a fully equipped master kitchen with breakfast area. At the South-east corner of the villa there is a kitchen terrace with dining table and staircase to the main garden and the pool.
The second floor is accessed by the huge marble staircase. It comprises two spacious en-suite bedrooms and the master bedroom with amazing sea views of Gibraltar and North Africa. There is also a walk-in dressing room, a large marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower.
Externally, the villa features a garage for 4+ cars, a separate apartment in the basement with its own entrance, a heated swimming pool with a stone waterfall and a lovely gazebo to enjoy the wonderful ambience.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Cortese exceeded our expectations, providing a five-star retreat in the hills behind the Golden Mile. The proximity to Marbella and Puerto Banus makes it a convenient yet secluded oasis. The heated swimming pool and the beautiful gazebo became our favorite spots to unwind. A special mention to the attentive staff and the breathtaking sea views – Villa Cortese is the epitome of luxury in a prestigious location.
This villa is amazing. Large, great rooms with private bathrooms. A large garden with lovely furnishings, a great pool that was frequently used. It is a short walk down to the beach, and only 10 minutes to walk to several great restaurants. The housekeeper is very nice and the hospitality was impeccable. Keep out the good work 🙂 We would love to come back.
We had a fantastic stay in this lovely villa during 9 days in October! Clean, cosy, comfortable and spacious. It felt as home from the first second. Perfect situated to Marbella area. Swimmingpool were well used! Would love to come back!

I would highly recommend this villa. The villa is in impeccable condition, with a beautiful outdoor space and tastefully landscaped gardens. The beach itself is very nice, looked upon by a nature reserve, so its very quite and seculed and doesn’t get very crowded. The beach area is OK for a couple of dinners, but we cooked in many nights with easy access to a decent supermarket. On a couple of another nights we ventured into Marbella old town, which was an easy access. Nice atmospere in the old town and definitely recommend dining in here once or twice.
