Large party thinking of holidaying together? With a good central location and an impressive and spacious interior, Villa Cordero is the perfect choice! The shops and restaurants in Binibeca Vell are only 5 minutes walk away with the beach around 15 minutes on foot, meaning car hire is not essential. The villa itself is bright and spacious with 2 living areas and a partial sea view, ideal for larger groups. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is included.
Outside, the private swimming pool has Roman steps and there is plenty of space for sunbathing. The brick BBQ is to one side of the terrace and the dining table and chairs is on the shaded patio area, perfect for enjoying a traditional alfresco dinner or tapas lunch in respite from the hot Menorcan sun.
The front door opens into a bright hallway on the first floor, with a lounge, dining area and kitchen ahead. The second lounge and dining area is to the left of the entrance. Both living areas have patio doors opening onto a terrace with a partial sea view across the neighbouring rooftops, and steps leading down to the pool area.
On the first floor, an archway opens from the second living area leads to a small hall where you will find a double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a separate shower room. Stairs leads to the remaining bedrooms on the lower floor. There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing an adjacent shower room and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The double bedroom and adjacent twin bedroom both have patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Cordero was everything we hoped for and more. The outdoor space is fantastic, with a big pool, sunbathing areas, and a BBQ that we used almost every night. The villa itself is bright and airy, with a partial sea view from the terrace. It’s in a quiet area but still close to the village and beach, so we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The concierge service was excellent—they arranged a boat trip for us, which was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!
This villa was perfect for our group of 10. The layout worked really well, with bedrooms on different levels giving everyone their own space. The pool area was a highlight—plenty of sun loungers, a great BBQ, and a lovely shaded area for dining. We didn’t rent a car as everything we needed was within walking distance, including the beach, shops, and some fantastic restaurants. The villa was spotless when we arrived, and the team checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. A wonderful holiday!
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cordero! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful Binibeca beach and the charming village with its restaurants and shops. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We especially loved having two living areas, which gave our group plenty of space to relax. The pool was great for cooling off, and the shaded terrace was perfect for long lunches. The property management team was really helpful, providing great local recommendations. The Villa is spacious and there is AC in the villa. The outdoor kitchen is brilliant and we spent many a night here eating and drinking. The professional BBQ is excellent and we made full use of this an cooked most nights. Pool area is excellent, plenty of sun loungers and chairs to sit in the shade if it gets too hot.It very good holiday location and would not hesitate to visit again.
I’ve stayed in this wonderful villa twice- is the best place ever stayed! Charismatic house, amazing location. You can feel there like at home. Everything you need- you can fin at the villa. Very clean, spacious, huge terrace with sunbeds and beach towels. Welcome pack- was just amazing! Wi-Fi- worked very well! Just perfect place to spend lazy and careless vacations! Highly recommended!
