The villa itself is bright and spacious with 2 living areas and a partial sea view, ideal for larger groups. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is included.

Outside, the private swimming pool has Roman steps and there is plenty of space for sunbathing. The brick BBQ is to one side of the terrace and the dining table and chairs is on the shaded patio area, perfect for enjoying a traditional alfresco dinner or tapas lunch in respite from the hot Menorcan sun.

The front door opens into a bright hallway on the first floor, with a lounge, dining area and kitchen ahead. The second lounge and dining area is to the left of the entrance. Both living areas have patio doors opening onto a terrace with a partial sea view across the neighbouring rooftops, and steps leading down to the pool area.

On the first floor, an archway opens from the second living area leads to a small hall where you will find a double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a separate shower room. Stairs leads to the remaining bedrooms on the lower floor. There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing an adjacent shower room and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The double bedroom and adjacent twin bedroom both have patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace.
