This exclusive nicely furnished villa for 8 persons with private tennis court (optional with tennis ball maschine), stunning sea & mountain views and pool is located in „Sierra Altea Golf“, one of the most beautiful areas of Altea which is also known as the “perl of the Costa Blanca”, just 1 h from Valencia and 40 min from Alicante away. Within walking distance to the local golf course and through its vicinity to various beaches, the picturesque old town of Altea with bars, restaurants, shops, the harbour and sea promenade, this villa is the perfect place for all kinds of visitors offering relaxation, sports and activities. Set between the sea and the Bérnia ridge Altea enjoys a WHO-awarded micro climate combining glorious sunshine throuout the whole year with lush green vegetation, enjoyable for sports and a relaxing stay even in winter time.

The entire house has free high-speed WiFi coverage and is secured with an alarm system. A safe is also available.

1rst floor (main level):

A spacious and comfortable living and dining room built to the south with a beautiful open fireplace, two convertible sofa beds and view on pool, the upper terrace and sea invites visitors to linger, relax and to be together. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, stereo system and satellite television. Adjacent you will find the open and fully equipped kitchen with all the electro domestic appliances you need, such as glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle, and a well equipped inventory as well as a adjoining laundry. Also on this level are 1 bedroom (double bed, 1.80 m wide) with its own large en suite bathroom with shower and pair bath, and an additional guest toilet.

Ground floor:

From the livingroom you enter the groundfloor with 3 more bedrooms (two with a double bed, one 1.80 m wide, the other 1.50 m and one with a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The 4th room with a bunk bed is perfect for children, because it is directly reachable from one of the rooms with a double bed, in between only about 1 m terrace. All double bedrooms are each equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Terrace, garden & tennis court:

The large main terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views, a beautiful refreshing pool and a covered barbecue area is accessible via the salon on the 1rst floor. This south-facing and secluded terrace offers sunshine all day long for sunbathing and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds. There is also a sun-protected outdoor lounge area and a leafy porch with a dining table and chairs. From there you can see in the distance the silhouette of Old Altea and the skyline of Benidorm, an impressive picture, especially at night. The ground floor leads to an additional terrace and to the green garden with orange, clementine and lemon trees as well as the private tennis court.

We advice all our guests to have a car available. It is just a 4 minute drive to the local village of Altea la Vella, or a 10 minute drive into the main town of Altea. There are many other attractions in the area for the whole family, such as an amusement and water park, hiking trails or the tourist attraction “El Castell de Guadelest”, all reacheable within 15 to 30 minutes.
