This pristine, ultra-contemporary home is ideally located in the picture-perfect village of Benahavis, nestling in the mountains only 15 minutes’ drive from the coast. Built to a very high specification and cleverly designed to maximise the glorious views over the whitewashed houses to the surrounding mountains, Villa Consuela offers all the benefits of village life amid exceptionally beautiful, comfortable surroundings.
True to its name, Villa Consuela is a serene, supremely comfortable home, with light, spacious rooms extending over three floors. Positioned to enjoy the warm summer sunshine all day on the lovely pool and gardens, its floor-to-ceiling windows and wide upstairs balcony allow for delightful views over the charming village of Benahavis and the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains.
Downstairs, the vast open-plan lounge and dining room is imaginatively divided from the kitchen by a distinctive curved wall, a striking contemporary fireplace providing a fabulous focal point and a cosy glow on cooler evenings. Huge bi-fold doors open the room right out onto the poolside terrace where a shaded outside dining area offers a perfect spot for alfresco dining, with a barbecue and outdoor fridge available for those leisurely lunches or chilled-out suppers.
The magnificent kitchen has been fitted with glossy white cabinetry, gleaming granite worktops and a central island unit with a breakfast bar and stools. Sleek and beautifully appointed with all the latest appliances, this is a kitchen you’ll love to cook in.
There are six wonderfully spacious bedrooms, four on the first floor and two on the lower ground floor, offering useful flexibility according to the needs of your party. The master suite is filled with light through floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides. Bi-fold doors open onto the balcony overlooking the pool and garden while a spectacular en suite bathroom, clad in bronze-coloured tiles, comes complete with Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower.
All but one of the bedrooms have en suite bath or shower rooms and all are simply yet comfortably furnished with eye-catching artworks providing splashes of vibrant colour against the crisp white décor. On the lower ground floor is a small gym equipped with exercise machines and free weights so you can stay in trim during your stay.
One of the delights of staying at Villa Consuela is its strolling distance to a dazzling array of first class restaurants and tapas bars. Known as the gastronomic capital of the Costa del Sol, the incredibly pretty, authentically Spanish village of Benahavis has earned itself an impressive reputation for its excellent cuisine and charming mountain setting.

It’s only a 15 minute drive to the glamorous resort of Puerto Banus and the Costa del Sol’s golden sandy beaches while the stunning cliff-top town of Ronda is just an hour away.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

This villa is in a quiet location in a great village. It provides great accommodation which is flexible enough for combinations of family and friends both young and old. To conclude, we loved the villa and location so much we have booked again!
