If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

We all had a fabulous weeks holiday here. Location was perfect, beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Plenty of room in the villa.

Location excellent, next to rocky beach which our children loved just a few minutes walk to a sandy beach, plenty of restaurants nearby and a couple of small supermarkets, we were able to do an on line shop with carrfore, the villa was fine a little bit dated and the kitchen could do with some sorting out but all in all no problems.

Think this has to be one of the best views we have ever had…wow! Every day took it in!
2 adults and 6 yes 6 teenage girls! Property was perfect for this size group.
All bathrooms have been updated. Bedrooms were all fine, lounge was lovely. Kitchen needs updating but hopefully on holiday you won’t spend too much time in there!
Fantastic through the booking process and as usual nothing too much for him.
One day we had a blocked toilet and WITHIN 15 minutes he had organised for it to be fixed!
