If character and space with spectacular views is what you are looking for, then Villa Cisneros could be for you! Several rooms offer unrivalled views across Javea out to sea, plus there’s a fabulous large private pool. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is just a short drive from the historical old town of Javea, Arenal Beach, and Moraira Beach and a great choice of shops, bars and restaurants. From the terrace and down a few steps is the large private heated pool bordered by plants and shrubs and tall palm trees providing some natural shade.
From the front door the hall opens into the lounge and dining area, where there is an attractive vaulted ceiling that is made from local Tosca stone. The views through the 5 large arched windows make this a great lunch setting for escaping the midday sun. There is a comfortable lounge where you can relax and enjoy this impressive room. To the right is an eye-catching staircase which leads to the first floor.
In front of the dining room, there is an additional seating area where you can make the most of the sea views. Patio doors from here lead to an open terrace which is a perfect place to enjoy this wonderful setting. The large traditional Spanish-style kitchen has a small table and chairs and a pantry. There is plenty of worktop space to create anything from a cool drink to a tasty family meal. From here a door leads to a further walled terrace. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. Upstairs, the double bedroom has a balcony and a spacious walk-in en suite shower room. There are also 3 twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom on this floor. All bedrooms are furnished in neutral tones creating a relaxing environment.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our experience at Villa Cisneros was a breathtaking haven with unrivaled views, a spacious layout, and a large private heated pool. The attractive vaulted ceiling, local Tosca stone details, and comfortable seating areas in the lounge added to the charm. Proximity to Arenal Beach and the historical old town of Javea made it a perfect getaway for our group of ten.
My daughter booked this holiday for a large family party and were very impressed with the Villa and pool where we spent most of our time. Javea is a great place for families, the beach, bars and restaurants were all superb. Maria recommended Scallops restaurant which catered for all tastes and prices were good value for money, also you got free wine to take home and a voucher for breakfast which we used on the last morning. We organised for Adrian to cook us a BBQ on our last night, the food was wonderful and plentiful, maybe we should have arranged this for ealier in the week as there was so much leftover that we were unable to use. Overall a fantastic holiday.
The villa was perfect for our extended family trip, providing extensive accommodation and privacy and at the same time allowing us to meet up for meals and activities. Plenty of space for our group of 9 with room for more! All in all we had a super time and did not want to return home. Thank you for making us feel welcome – including a recommendation for an emergency dentist! Javea is a great place for a family holiday and we were very lucky with the weather too..
