Villa Circense -a unique 5 bedroom holiday rental located in the beautiful Santa Ursula region of Tenerife. Situated in first sea line, this residence offers stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean coastline and the port city Puerto de la Cruz, creating a spectacular backdrop day and night.
Villa Circense is truly exceptional, with its own stunning white sandy beach and fantastic outdoor facilities. The chlorine-free swimming pool ensures a memorable swimming experience. The villa is set on a spacious plot of 2750 square meters, and the ground floor features four luxurious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, large built-in closet or dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms have direct access to the beautiful terraces, allowing you to fully enjoy the breathtaking views.
The fifth bedroom is situated on one of the upper floors and boasts a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea. The villa also offers a wine cellar that extends to the lower area with a pool and a recreation room filled with entertainment options, including a billiard table, professional table soccer, dartboard, air hockey, ping-pong, CD/DVD player, television, and a fully equipped bar with a kitchen, refrigerating appliances, beer barrel, and two guest toilets. An integrated music system provides sonication both inside and outside the villa. Another highlight is the relaxing area with an artificially formed white sandy beach, creating a serene oasis for relaxation.

The first floor features an additional bedroom with a double bed, access to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
