Villa Chloe is an splendid 5 bedroom villa with striking landscape and distant sea views, conveniently located within a short drive from the tranquil and breathtaking bay Cala Vadella and the pebbly cove of Cala Moli, which is within walking distance.
Inside Can Chloe white walls, natural wood, and polished tile floors are enhanced with colourful furnishings. The living room is a truly welcoming space, adjacent to a large, well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar which opens up to a sun-drenched breakfast table, seating eight people in comfort. The decoration is simply sublime, with an abundance of sophisticated decorations and artworks creating an elegant ambience throughout this stylish home.
Four double bedrooms, each en-suite, are spread over the two floors affording a sense of space and privacy. A further fifth double en-suite bedroom is accessed externally from a large private terrace. The subtle style flows through each room, which all have their own unique charms.
Lush gardens full of palms and tropical plants and flowers set the exterior scene to this delightful home. A sleek pool area offers a wide-wooden terrace lined with sun loungers and shaded seating. Stylish steps rise up the side of the house to the upper terrace. Here, kick back and relax on a huge bank of sofa seating, and entertain with the benefits of a barbecue, fully equipped summer kitchen and al-fresco dining table for 10 which overlooks the pool and enjoys breath-taking sea views. Of course the jewel in the crown of this home are the sought after nightly displays brought to you by the world famous Ibizan sunset, making this one of the most desirable villas.
Cala Moli is a great location for exploring the wider area and beaches on the west coast of Ibiza. The small pebbly cove at Cala Moli (you’ll probably need those special shoes when getting in the water!) is 1.8 kilometres away and great for day time dining and sunsets and for sandy beach lovers you have Cala Tarida & Cala Vadella just a short drive away, with other great beaches close by

First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
