You will be conquered at once by the charm of this villa. After passing through the entrance gate you will immediately notice the beautiful Andalusian style patio with fountain, an oasis built inside the house that allows light to invade each corner of the living room. A few steps down you’ll reach a large living room furnished with two comfortable sofas carefully arranged around the coffee table, facing the flat screen TV and the wood burning fireplace. An elegant four seater dining table is also placed near the fireplace. The living room has two wall sized glass sliding doors that open onto the terrace, so the room is filled with light and if you open the doors you’ll even feel the fresh sea breeze.

Groundfloor you have a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, with brand new appliances, dishes and utensils. I say beautiful due to its lovely furniture and the charming long window that offers views over the tropical trees and flowers in the garden. Next to the living room you have a dining room with a round table that comfortably seats 12 people. An ensuite guest bedroom is located ground floor, equipped with a double bed, large recessed wardrobes and has large glass door opening onto terrace and garden, offering beautiful sea views. The ensuite bathroom is fully equipped.

Underground there is a double bedroom for staff, furnished with two single beds, large wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with shower. Underground you have a large parking space for five cars and also a spiral staircase allowing easy access directly into the kitchen.
On first floor you have other two bedrooms, a guest bedroom and master bedroom, both ensuite. Guest bedroom is furnished with double bed, wide recessed wooden wardrobes and ensuite fully equipped bathroom with bathtub. A large glass door opens onto a small balcony from where you can admire the amazing sea views. Master bedroom has two comfortable single beds, large solid wood wardrobes, fully equipped ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a large sliding glass door that leads to a large solarium with breathtaking sea views.

Besides the gorgeous large terrace upstairs (25m2), you have another ground floor spacious terrace (50m2) with access from the living room and guest bedroom downstairs. The terrace is furnished with a beautiful set of carved wooden furniture with sofa and two armchairs. Also, you can lay on the sun lounges and enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean weather.

In front of the terrace you have a rectangular swimming pool with roman steps so if the 1-minute walk to the beach seems too much, you can cool down in the beautiful pool surrounded by a thick layer of green grass. Also, the entire villa is surrounded by the beautiful garden and you also have a built-in brick BBQ to enjoy with family and friends.

The good thing is the medium occupancy which means that even in the busy summer months you can still find a place on a sunbed that you can rent from one of the beach chiringuitos. There are a few famous chiringuitos and beach restaurants right in front of the villa (South Beach, Los Sardinales, El Hipopotamo, Los Canos) that serve delicious international and local dishes.
