This elegantly designed villa overlooks the clear blue Mediterranean Sea and has direct beach access. It also affords spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains. It is a fabulous get away and a perfect setting for any event.
This exquisitely furnished and delightful villa features fabulous indoor and outdoor living. Large comfortably furnished living spaces give you many places to relax and enjoy great conversation. All the modern conveniences keep you entertained including a home theater, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD and CD players, iPod dock and computer. There’s also a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and fabulous dining facilities. But outdoors is where you’ll spend the majority of your time.
Taking center stage is the view, which you can enjoy from the generous, heated infinity cascade pool with two power jets and massage steps. Or perhaps you’d prefer to relax in the glass walled poolside cabana with a custom made bar, barbeque, vintage juke box and surround sound system. This is a superb ‘chill out lounge’ for those hot days or evening poolside parties, perfect for gazing into the decorative open fires and enjoying spectacular Mediterranean sunsets. There’s also a fully equipped gymnasium at Villa Cesario, where you can exercise and take in the views or catch up with TV. The Japanese style manicured gardens boasts a Koi Pond, a large deluxe hot pool and a stage area for entertainment events. There are also quiet areas where you can soak up the peaceful setting.
There are five luxury restful double bedrooms decorated in Art Deco style. All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, with world TV, Wi-Fi, Air con, under floor heating and direct access to the sun decks. Two bedrooms have walk in dressing areas.
With direct access to the beach there is the option to have fun on the speed/ski boat ‘Baja Outlaw’ where our Captain will take care of you. You are a 10 minute drive from tennis courts, a 15 minute drive from the train station.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Stayed here for a week with friends and had the best time! The villa is in a quiet location, so it felt like our own little world. The saltwater pool was a hit—so nice to swim in! We also loved having barbecues in the garden and just hanging out. Big thanks to the agency for making everything easy and setting us up with great recommendations for local restaurants!

Our stay at Villa Cesario was simply majestic. The views of the Mediterranean Sea and Atlas Mountains were breathtaking. The infinity pool with massage steps was a highlight, and the glass-walled cabana with a jukebox and bar made for perfect poolside relaxation.
The property provided the backdrop to an incredibly relaxing holiday in a fabulous location. The agent were kind enough to provide food and wine on arrival, enabling a quiet first evening which set the tone for the week ahead. The grounds are so private and unique we rarely felt the need to venture out. Amazing beachfront luxury villa!!
I had the most wonderful time with my friends in this house, it is spacious and beautiful. The area around it is wonderful and the beach is very accessible. The housekeeping and laundry service was brilliant so the accommodation was very clean and tidy and the pool was regularly cleaned. The agent was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this villa! Perfect place, safe and private…luxury..
