Modern 5 bedroom 10 minutes walk to the beach Cala Oliveria. Villa Cesarina is a modern 5-bedroom designer villa in Roca Llisa, accommodating up to 10 guests. With bright interiors and an open-plan living area, it offers a seamless connection to the pool terrace. The property features a separate guest house with its own terrace, a stunning rectangular pool surrounded by palm trees, and several alfresco dining areas. Enjoy proximity to Ibiza Town, golf courses, and nearby beaches, all within a short drive or walk.
Villa Cesarina is a modern designer’s Ibizan 5 bedoom villa surrounded by gorgeous tropical gardens. Inside you have all your expected mod cons with bright fresh interiors and light streaming in from outside. There is a separate guest room which has it’s own terrace allowing guests a little more privacy. The pool area is partially shaded by mature palm trees & has sun and Balinese beds dotted around some of which are double.
The alfresco dining and chill out areas overlook the pool and there are several other terraces and spaces within the garden to chill out on. Perfectly situated near to Ibiza Town in Roca Llisa near to the Golf Course.
The center of Ibiza is only a 10-minute drive and the closest beaches are within 10 minutes walk

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Just got back from our trip and WOW! The villa was perfect. We had everything we needed, from a comfy bed to a well-equipped kitchen. The terrace was great for evening meals and chilling with drinks. Only a few minutes drive to the beach, but we barely left the villa because it was so relaxing! Shoutout to the team for the awesome welcome pack and help with bookings!
This villa was just what we were looking for. The location is peaceful, but it’s still easy to reach the beach and Ibiza Town. The kids loved playing in the pool, and we even had fun using the badminton court in the garden. We also loved the proximity to Ibiza Town and the beautiful nearby beaches.
We stayed here as a group of friends, and the layout of the villa was perfect. The separate guest house was a great feature, giving one of our couples extra privacy. The interiors are stylish and bright, and the open-plan kitchen and dining area made it easy for all of us to hang out. The pool area is a dream—sunbeds, palm trees, and so much space to relax. Highly recommend!
Our family had the most relaxing stay at Villa Cesarina! The gardens are beautiful, and we loved having so many different outdoor spaces to unwind. The pool was amazing, and the shaded Balinese beds made for the perfect afternoon nap spot. Being so close to Ibiza Town but still in such a quiet area was ideal. The agency was super helpful with restaurant bookings and tips—will definitely book again!
We have travelled all over Ibiza and this is one of our favourite spots to date! The Villa was a true paradise offering all of the amenities of a comfortable and cosy home plus the bonus of having a lovely heated swimming pool and bbq area! The agent were most helpful and went out of their way to make our stay in Ibiza an enjoyable one. We were provided with fresh produce and home-baking, what more could you ask for…..oh, did I mention that we were also given a welcoming package upon arrival including home-made wine, fruits and fresh olive oil! We would definitely recommend this villa to our friends and family and to anyone wanting to have a restful holiday in an amazing location.

We were a group of 10 people and everybody had a great time. The Villa was very clean and the welcoming gifts of the staff made us immediately feel welcome. All in all everybody had a great time and we strongly recommend this place!
Rented for 2 weeks this beautiful house. Well decorated and beautiful landscape. The view is amazing and the pool beautiful. The Agent that took care of us was very efficient and friendly. The house is located in a very private and safe area. All interest point are at walking distance. We recommend also to hire a private chef to prepare the local food. Great service!!!
