The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

This magnificent villa overlooking the marina is surely one of the most luxurious in Puerto Calero. The villa and pool area were superb but the outstanding part of the holiday for me was the outstanding service given by the owners who have a villa close by and Noli who looked after the villa. As there were few channels in English on the Sky channels the owner had a large new dish put on the roof for us and anything we needed we phoned Noli and he was over within minutes, always taking his shoes off before coming in! We would love to return to Villa Celia some day soon 🙂
Situation , Villa, Alex and Rita (who meet and great and solve all problems) surperb. We will all go again next year. Pictures do not give the Villa justice. Please take the negatives in the way they are intended Constructive negatives. ‘Apartment’ brilliant however, shower washing facilities must be upgraded ..only two ceiling lights working but kitchen ok. Main Villa unbelievably great space decor and eating facilities however, strange smell from bathroom which didn’t seem to go, very off putting. Wifi intermittent and non in the apartment. There can be noise from the boat yard which may annoy some people but for us not enough to ruin a holiday. I would advise that this should be put in the description. Walk into main village, lovely walk down , no lights at night therefore careful walking back as its uphill all the way need a torch and lots of stones.
Well where do I start we visited as a large family group of 8 on arrival we were greeted by Rita and Alex who look after the property they were so welcoming and showed us around the villa the property has everything you could need pool towels and even down to pool inflatables for the kids the bbq area went down a treat the gas was low on arrival and Alex returned swiftly with a replacement we were taken back by how much space we had all rooms are very spacious nice pool area and what a view couldn’t of asked for a better location Rita was very atentive to make sure we all had a great time it’s a short walk to the marina with great places for dining or just to chill out which we did would love to come back very soon
