Despite its great location and comfortable and spacious accommodation, Villa Cavazos’s views over Cala Galdana’s magnificent sweeping bay to the open sea is what makes it really stand out from the crowd. The beautiful, expansive beach and facilities of this much-loved resort are all within a couple of minutes drive or around 15 minutes on foot. The villa itself boasts a bright and airy interior and a spacious and secluded exterior, including the infinity swimming pool and lawned garden. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is included.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom that commands the entire floor and has patio doors leading to a terrace which has uninterrupted views over the golden sandy bay of Cala Galdana. It also comes with an en suite bathroom. On the ground floor there are 4 twin bedrooms, with one of them having an en suite shower room and views of the pool area and sea beyond. There is also a separate bathroom and shower room on this floor.

Outside, Villa Cavazos has a private infinity swimming pool and a large lawned garden. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the superb views over the bay of Cala Galdana. The raised terrace has a table and chairs and a brick BBQ for making the most of lazy evenings enjoying the warm weather and beautiful scenic views.

A set of traditional Menorcan olive wood gates open onto a spacious private parking area with space for 3 hire cars, and a decorative double arch covers the front door.

From the entrance hall, double doors open into the living area which has comfy sofas and built-in seating around the ornate feature fireplace, with a dining table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen through an archway on the right. Open the patio doors on the far side of the lounge and the incredible views over Cala Galdana will hit you!

Adjacent to the kitchen are the twin bedrooms, and a separate shower room. Three of the twin bedrooms are on the other side of the lounge, with a bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom with en suite shower room on the right of the hall that enjoys a premier position having windows overlooking the pool to the bay. Stairs by the entrance lead up to the impressive double bedroom which commands the entire first floor. There is a second fireplace, an en suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto a spacious private terrace where you can enjoy uninterrupted views over the golden sandy bay of Cala Galdana.
