The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Big fan of this place. Not our first time booking through this agency and again everything was smooth – from booking to check-in. Loved the welcome pack too…small stuff but makes a difference!
Rooms were all really clean, comfy beds, and every room having a terrace was a nice touch. The beach was close, but honestly, we just spent most of our time by the pool. Concierge helped us w/ a boat rental too, which made the trip even cooler.
The villa was big enough for our entire group (we were 17!) and we never felt crowded. The kitchen outside was perfect for late BBQs, and the whole place just had this chill, relaxing vibe. Bonus: got a lil discount for booking early, thx to the agency for sorting that out!!
I spent a week here w/ family and loved waking up to the view of the marina every morning. Super calm, clean, and close to everything. The saltwater pool was such a treat!
Stayed here w/ a group of 16 and it was honestly better than we expected. Every room had its own bathroom (huge plus) and that pool…man, we lived in it all week! We grilled every night and hung out on the terrace till late. Would 100% come back!
I was looking for somewhere fabulous to take my family so we could celebrate my wife 40th birthday together. I decided to keep the details of where,what and when a surprise as thought this would be fun. I couldn’t have found a more perfect Villa,it had something for everyone. If you are looking for a holiday for complete relaxation ,this is it. The swimming pool/spa pool was amazing,and the outdoor areas were perfect for reading etc, it even had outdoor speakers so you could lay down on the day bed and float away…. The property manager were so accommodating and very welcoming and we felt at home straight away. He booked the birthday dinner for us (twice as the first one had to be rearranged because of random bad weather)and they even bought us a lovely birthday cake and brought it to the other restaurant.They also arranged all our taxis which was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, it was such a wonderful ,stress free holiday.
The villa was more beautiful than the pictures on your website! It is centrally located with an incredibly remote feeling. The views are spectacular, there are no words to describe them. The villa was immaculate and kept that way for us daily. We were all made to feel very special and our needs were more than met by the villa manager and staff. Exceeded every expectation!
