A stunning six bedroom villa, with views of the open countryside and panoramic sea scapes, enjoy the Salinas sunset! Close to the National Park and Dalt Vila, looking over Formentera. Situated on a plot of 1,000m², the villa is 700m², on the coastal road in the exclusive residential area of Can Fita, a few minutes from Playa d’en Bossa, Ushuaia, Salinas beach and Blue Marlin.
Newly constructed, offering total peace and relaxation. The villa sits on three levels, terraced onto the hillside. A lift from the parking area, and a sweeping staircase, open onto the huge open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. Floor to ceiling glass windows wrap around the villa on three sides, screened by electronic, intelligent blinds.
Villa Casanova is a 6 bedroom modern and minimalist style villa situated along the coastal road close to the capital of the island, Ibiza Town with its dazzling nightlife scene, and is located in the quiet and exclusive residential area of Can Fita, just a few minutes from Playa den Bossa, Ibiza airport, the nature reserve of Ses Salines and Cala Jondal, home to the world famous Blue Marlin Beach club. The property offers total peace and relaxation with its views of wooded countryside and the sea looking across to Formentera. It is designed and built on three levels gently coming down the hillside. The ground floor of Villa Casanova consists of a spacious open plan living room complete with a plasma smart TV, bespoke dining area and is served by a well equipped kitchen. Floor to ceiling glass windows bathe the house in natural light, and open onto the generous sun decks, private pool and terraces.
Four equally delightful en-suite bedrooms are located on the upper floor which can be accessed by the elevator or the staircase. The rooms were designed to truly showcase the magnificent views of the sea, the surrounding lush green countryside and the neighbouring island of Formentera. All the bedrooms feature sliding windows with access to the balcony. On the basement level, you will find a fully equipped gym and cinema/club room with a G&T bar, a projector and Sonos music system.
The grounds of Villa Casanova are just as sophisticated and stylish as the interiors with the same exceptional attention to detail and super high quality finishes. The splendid infinity pool is perfectly designed to enhance the sea views, and is surrounded by several dedicated chillout areas, and a delightful alfresco dining area where you can enjoy long lazy lunches.

One bedroom on main floor, two doubles and both master bedrooms are on the upper floor. The master suite is at the far end of the upper floor.
All bedrooms have views, and large 1.6m or 2m beds, with 48″ plasma TV, integrated DVD and sound systems with iPod docks, all ensuite.

Large sofa arrangements with 65″ plasma TV, Sky satellite and Bose surround sound. Air conditioning to whole floor area, open plan kitchen and didning area. Laundry room, storage and services cupboard with further toilet.

Our stay at Villa Casanova was truly an unforgettable retreat. The modern villa with its sleek design and panoramic sea views left us in awe. We enjoyed its prime location, just minutes away from Ushuaia and Salinas beach. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxation, and the fully-equipped gym was a great addition. The property was better than the photos, we had some great days there. Fully equipped villa, modern furniture, great pool, great view, close to Ibiza town, Cap Martinet, Marina and the best beaches of Ibiza. Thank you Alba, who could make everything possible we desired. My friends and I stayed at Villa Casanova for 6 nights and we all had high expectations as per the location and photos. We were all blown away as it exceeded all of our expectations by some way! The setting is just stunning with the infinity pool having a panoramic view of the surrounding beaches. All rooms are spacious and furnished with charm and the whole property is perfectly equipped for holiday bliss with friends. I will be renting this property again next year and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Very nice villa, good size and great facilities for my family. The daily service was of a very high standard. Security was also good which added to the feeling of privacy. The kids loved the pool, especially in the evening when lit up. I would strongly recommend this villa for a large family, best one so far..

The only way to sum up the Villa Casanova and Ibiza is “GREAT.” We were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of our stay. The view from the villa is much better than it seems from the pictures on the site.
The bedrooms were all very nice, and the kitchen was clean and fully equipped. The appliances are all new and work extremely well. The bathrooms are also very nice and clean. The furniture in the living room is very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family of 12 people.
