The property is located in the chic resort of Puerto Calero with its famous marina within walking distance. Furnished to a high standard throughout this villa also has a spacious outside area, which is great for soaking up the Canarian sunshine. Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and WiFi are included.

The spacious pool terrace is bordered by whitewashed walls providing a good degree of privacy for sunbathing. A pergola runs around 3 sides of the house forming shade for alfresco dining where you can also enjoy distant sea views. There is also a large brick built BBQ area to one side of the pool. A few steps down from the gated pergola area leads to the terrace. Here you’ll find your own private swimming pool with Roman steps and a hand rail for easy access.

The lounge is very spacious, airy and bright, furnished to a high standard with the large windows flooding the room with the light. Behind the lounge, double sliding doors open to reveal a separate dining room with a window facing the front garden. All rooms have aluminium shutters fitted to the doors and windows to provide that extra bit of shade.

The bright and contemporary kitchen has a raised apex ceiling giving it an airy feel and is equipped with all mod cons and appliances. There is plenty of storage space as well as a separate utility terrace. Here there are a further 2 rooms, the first containing a shower and WC ideal for showering after the beach. The second contains a washing machine, sink and storage. This utility terrace is accessible from the front garden too and is an alternative way of entering the villa.

There are 3 bedrooms in total in this villa. The 2 twin bedrooms have pitched apex ceilings and shuttered windows overlooking the pool terrace. Both twin bedrooms share a bathroom opposite. The double bedroom has an en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the pool terrace. All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes and face the pool and ocean.
