Villa Carpo is in a stunning location, on the slopes of Mount Montgo, this beautiful 5 bedroom villa is set amongst well kept gardens with a large private heated pool and a fantastic summer kitchen – you can not help but be impressed with the amazing setting! The old town of Javea and main centre of Javea and its choice of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants, plus the beach of Arenal is only a short drive away.
Set in a large, enclosed plot, Villa Carpo is on the slopes of Montgo Mountain and benefits from air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi at no extra cost.. Two separate areas offer off road parking, one with a pergola. Up 12 stairs from the entrance hall leads to the lounge with double doors to the dining room with two sets of double doors leading onto the upper terrace. Another door from the dining room opens on to the terrace over the summer kitchen with a further table and four chairs, and access to an external shower room. Spiral stairs lead from this terrace down to the summer kitchen and pool area. The lounge has a further set of double doors leading onto the terrace above the summer kitchen. An archway off the lounge leads to a hallway with the kitchen ahead with access to the courtyard dining area. 2 doors lead from the courtyard out to gardens at the back and the pergola covered parking area.
Also on this floor, off the hall, is a double bedroom with dressing area and en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, a separate bathroom with WC, a twin bedroom and at the end of the hall is a double bedroom with dressing area and an en suite shower room which is open plan to the bedroom. On the ground floor, is a twin bedroom with en suite cloakroom and a double bedroom, with a sitting room, a dressing area and en suite shower room. Outside from first gates 1 step to the left leads to a covered terrace and open terrace and 9 steps down to the lawns and pool terrace. The terrace has several sofas and a dining suite for 10 and to the far side is an open terrace with a covered summer kitchen behind with large oven, 5 ring gas hob, fridge and separate freezer. A large gas bbq is located outside the summer kitchen.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

My family and I absolutely loved our holiday, the villa was absolutely superb – even better than the photos. Grounds and pool perfect for the little children. Everything so well appointed and great to have both indoor and outdoor space for sitting, eating, etc., the outdoor kitchen is superb, we used it for every meal we were at the villa apart from breakfast. In fact we never ate out in the evenings as we expected to do since it was so relaxing after getting the children to bed to have a drink and cook and eat at the villa. It was a real feature of the holiday and a must-have for future ones! The villa had everything one could have wished – very classy bathrooms, furniture and fittings, etc. All in all, we were delighted with the holiday, lots of places to go and lovely beaches for the little ones but really it was all about the villa which we loved and didn’t want to leave.
The villa was extremely spacious, on a large plot and in a very quiet area which really suited us. The outside kitchen was a real bonus as we’ve never experienced this before and we loved the pool and outside seating areas. All in all it was everything we had hoped for and more. Views from Villa fantastic, as expected.
The Villa was very pretty and the layout was lovely – perfect for us as we have both teenagers & young children. Overall our holiday was wonderful. The villa location and standard was very good. The weather was mostly ideal and Javea in itself is a wonderful place for a short holiday.
Superb villa, we enjoyed the outside kitchen in particular. One of our party is disabled but he found the villa easy to get around with help and used the ground floor bedroom. Wonderful setting and views.
