This villa has just been refurbished to an absolute high standard and located within 5 minutes walking distance from one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol and only 5 km east of Marbella city center.

The villa is located with walking distance to supermarket, bakery, tennis Club, restaurants, beauty shop, children playground, etc. The premises is gated and provided with an alarm system. A private closed parking is provided and connected to the inner part of the plot.

The beautiful villa has a bright living and 5 spacious bedrooms plus 1 additional bedroom with 2 double beds. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV and air conditioning.

When entering the Holiday home you find a closed hall way which gives access to:

– the stair case which leads you up to the spacious master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. From the master bedroom there is access through sliding doors to a great private terrace area with Cane Line terrace furniture from which you have amazing views to the Mediterranean Sea.

– a lower area where there are 3 spacious bedrooms located with all double beds. Each bedroom has en suite bathroom. From 2 of the bedrooms there is direct access to a cosy outside area with dining table.

From the hallway you enter the bright and beautiful decorated living with big sliding doors which give access to the fantastic outside terrace with private pool and grand Jacuzzi with an overwhelming variety of seatings for dinner, lounging or sunbathing. The BBQ area with bar desk is amazing and has all necessary equipment directly on hand. An enormous Weber grill tops the quality of this area. A fantastic space integrated in the fabulous terrace area.

The inside dining and fully equipped open environment kitchen are located to the right of the entrance. As well a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A guest toilet/bathroom is located in the left corner next to a slumber bed for 2 and the TV corner with satellite TV. This villa presents a warmth and cosiness in modern style and will be the perfect frame for an unforgettable and great holiday.
