Villa Carmen Tara is furnished to a high standard and is perfect for anyone not wanting to hire a car. Free air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and downstairs lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Villa Carmen Tara is a fantastic 4 bedroom villa only s short distance from the centre of Puerto Del Carmen. It benefits from air conditioning/heating in the downstairs lounge and bedrooms, heated private pool and WiFi at no extra cost.

From the entrance gate 16 steps lead up to the spacious grounds of the villa. Entrance to this villa is via the fully fitted kitchen/dining room, complete with dining table and chairs allowing you to enjoy family meals togather. Natural light enters the kitchen via a skylight window and a window overlooking the pool terrace. Doors lead from the kitchen to a shower room, the back terrace (which houses the washing machine) and into the hallway.

A step leads from the hallway to the open plan lounge area on the right. The lounge features a unique plant-filled rock jardiniere, exposed wooden beams and typical Canarian décor. Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace. A window overlooks the front terrace where wicker armchairs sit under another pergola.

To the left of the hallway is a twin bedroom with a window facing the back terrace. Further down to the left is a bright shower room consisting of a large walk-in shower, double sink basin, WC and bidet. To the right of the hallway is a double bedroom from which a step and patio doors lead onto the front terrace. At the end of the hallway is the second twin bedroom featuring a decorative headboard, porthole windows over the bed and doors leading onto the front terrace. All downstairs bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

A staircase (15 steps) leads to the upper level where there is a gallery featuring a second lounge and a reading area with large windows that provide panoramic sea views. A further step to the right leads to a light and airy double bedroom with en suite shower room. Furnishing includes a decorated headboard and wardrobes with sliding doors. The en suite has a walk in shower, double sink-basin and WC.

All of the bedrooms and downstairs lounge are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost.

Outside, the rectangular heated pool to the left is accessed by Roman steps (this private pool is all one depth) and surrounded by wooden decking and sun loungers. White-washed walls, volcanic walls, well established trees, grass areas with flower beds, comfortable seating and partial sea views combine to make this an impressive outdoor paradise. A shady pergola, BBQ and dining table and chairs provide the perfect setting for alfresco dining.
