If you’re wanting your own Canarian paradise, Villa Cardoso could be for you! With its distant sea view from the private pool and beautiful gardens, we just love it! After a day of relaxation at this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property, take a walk to the charming Puerto Calero Marina with a wide choice of restaurants, shops and bars. Puerto Del Carmen Beach is also just a short drive away. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge is included.

A large raised terrace overlooks the private swimming pool with views towards the sea, which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your bali bed, built-in cushioned seating or outside dining area. 2 steps lead to the pool which is accessed by Roman steps and has a separated shallow section at one end. The extensive gardens are typical black volcanic gravel picon and have well established palm trees and cactus plants. Tucked away in a far corner of the gardens is the brick BBQ and sink. There is also a shower and WC room is to the side of the pool.

Inside the large iron gates there is a spacious driveway. There is a porch and step that leads up to the main entrance of the villa. Inside is a reception area with a picture window and an arch leading into the lounge and dining room with good quality granite floors.

The lounge and dining room perfectly blends contemporary and retro styles. The main focus point is a quirky bar, where you can mix up some drinks , as well as striking wall cladding with coloured lava rocks from the Timanfaya volcano. Within this open-plan space, there is a flat screen TV, comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs with views through the large patio doors towards the pool and sea.

The open plan kitchen is accessed via an archway behind the lounge. It is modern and bright with all the mod cons an enthusiastic cook would need. To the right of the kitchen is a separate pantry where the fridge freezer is located with lots of extra storage space here too. Behind the kitchen is a door leading to the garage/utility where you will find the washing machine.

An archway at the back of the lounge leads to a separate hallway where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. To the right is the twin bedroom which has a picture window overlooking the pool terrace. There is a separate shower room opposite with walk-in shower and double wash basin. To the left is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and views of the garden. There is a second large double bedroom also with an en suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower, wash-basin, and skylight as well as a separate dressing/reading area, picture windows and a patio door down to the pool terrace.
