Villa Caperin is a 6 bedroom Ibiza villa really close to Ibiza Town. This boutique villa built in a Ryad style has a central courtyard and of course a swimming pool. The villa is in an area of Ibiza Town called Puig den Valls and is one of the closest we feature to Ibiza Town and you are just a 5-minute taxi ride to Ibiza Town, the marina, Dalt Vila & Pacha. The villa is very close to a large supermarket. This is an impressive villa and works equally well for families or friends looking for a high-quality stay close to the restaurants, bars & clubs of Ibiza Town. Please note that parties after midnight are not allowed as the villa is located in a residential area.

Room décor is either Moroccan influenced styling or traditional Ibizan with white washed walls, and an inner “Marrakech style” courtyard.

There are 6 bedrooms including 1 single bedroom. One of the bedrooms is a separate apartment joined to the main house with independent access, a small kitchen and a living room. This living room has a sofa bed so can accommodate 2 more people. A further sofa bed located within the villa can accommodate 2 more, so potentially the villa can accommodate 15 people on request.

Some of the rooms have views of the Dalt Vila (The original fortress walls of the old town of Ibiza), and the two bedrooms on the upper floor have a private terrace area with views. Most rooms have air-conditioning.

Outside the swimming pool measures 12m x 6m. From the pool area you have views across to Ibiza old town, the sea and the wider Ibiza Town. There is plenty of space for entertaining and the villa will also make a suitable venue for entertaining, we can also arrange for a chef to cook for you, or you can cater for yourself with the BBQ.

Bedroom 5: Located on the first floor with Twin beds. En-suite bathroom with shower. Private terrace. Air-conditioning. TV with satellite channels.
Bedroom 6: Located on the first floor with a King size bed. En-suite bathroom with bathtub. Large dressing room. Air-conditioning. Private terrace with views of Dalt Vila.

There is also the possibility to accommodate 15 people, as 4 people can be accommodated on 2 separate sofa beds .
