The perfect holiday villa for all ages, couples, groups and families. Welcome to Villa Cansalades, a luxury detached holiday villa located in Arenal Beach, Jávea, Spain.
This incredible property is built to the highest standards and includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open plan lounge, Italian kitchen and under floor heating. Within the private gardens is a large pool with jacuzzi for those long summer months and terraces for eating, sunbathing, entertaining and general relaxation.
The design is very modern with large windows providing a light and airy feel. Guests at Villa Cansalades can enjoy panoramic and sea views from its elevated location just 5 km from Javea on the Costa Blanca.
Villa Cansalades is built over two levels and set in private enclosed gardens on an exclusive quiet development. The property sleeps up to 10 people and children are welcome at the villa. We regret that pets are not allowed. Linen and towels are provided.
On the ground level you have access to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, BBQ and large terrace with various seating options. Inside has a large open plan lounge/dining area with a modern fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bath and 2 further double bedrooms with en-suite showers.
The lower level features, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and a guest shower room.
Villa Cansalades features a stunning mood lighting system and added comforts such as air conditioning, heating, WiFi and satellite UK TV. Other facilities include a modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, iron and board.
Located a short drive inland from Jávea on the northern Costa Blanca of Spain, Villa Cansalades is approximately 1 hour drive north from Alicante airport, and 1 hour 10 minutes drive south from Valencia airport. Taxi pickups from either airport are available to chauffeur you straight to the villa. Alternatively, car hire is also available from both airports and can be booked prior to your holiday.
Javea (5km) – The charming town of Jávea lies between the two headlands of San Antonio and La Nao, mid-way between Valencia and Alicante. There are three distinct parts of the town, the Old Town with its quaint narrow streets and ancient squares; a fascinating Port area which has a great selection of bars and restaurants along the seafront and also of course the fabulous bustling working harbour, then there’s the Arenal – the Town’s main sandy beach with a wide promenade flanked by bars and restaurants making it very safe for young children. This beach is awarded the ‘Blue Flag’ for cleanliness year after year. Watching over these areas is the spectacular Montgo Mountain.
Golf (5km) – The Costa Blanca is well known for its golf courses. There are 5 within 30 minutes of Villa Cansalades. Javea has a 9 hole course, with superb views of the Montgo, nearby is the internationally renowned 18 hole course at La Sella. In Moraira and Altea are 9 hole courses and in Oliva, the 18 hole Oliva Nova designed by Seve Ballesteros. Travelling a little further afield to El Saler is the famous 18 hole championship course.
Other local attractions – Less than 40 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages, including a Safari Park, Munomar an Animal Water Park, Aqualandia a themed swimming park and Terra Mitica a large fun park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. Benidorm has lots of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. Javea has a choice of water sports such as wind surfing, jet skiing or dingy sailing and the warm seas are great for diving, snorkeling and water skiing. Go-carting and quad biking are also available close by.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Cansalades was perfect for our family – including my 2 year old grandson. The host worked hard to welcome us and show us the area and to recommend beaches, restaurants etc. so we were able to settle in very quickly and made no expensive mistakes. The views were outstanding as we swam in the wonderful panoramic pool. All the beds were comfortable and other facilities everything you could wish for.
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cansalades in June. The quality of accommodation and facilities made for an excellent big family holiday. The hosts did everything necessary to ensure we had everything we needed, from simple provisions, to a tour of the local area to show us where the tavernas, supermarket and beach were located. It was reassuring to know they were on hand should we need anything. I would certainly recommend Villa Cansalades.
The villa itself is simply gorgeous. What you see on the pictures is exactly it. The location is perfect : far enough from the village to get a great view of the surroundings in a very private area with easy access to the roads, but close enough to quickly get downtown and enjoy everything the city has to offer. There is something particular with Villa Cansalades : it has been very well thought of, from its conception to the execution. The large shaded area next to the pool is absolutely perfect for such weather – and especially for kids. The infinity pool is gorgeous and fits perfectly in the whole design with the night lighting making the whole scene straight from a paradisiac setting. Villa Cansalades makes the top of our list, enough for us to consider going back.
