Superb views over Porto Petro Marina, a large private swimming pool and spacious interior. This impressive 5 bedroom villa also sits in an ideal location, in the chic residential area of Cala Egos, close to the centre of Cala D’or. The local beach and facilities are all easily accessible either on foot or by car. Outside, Villa Candelaria has a magnificent sun terrace and large private swimming pool. The covered terrace provides shade for dining alfresco with a view of Porto Petro Marina in between the trees. The brick BBQ area is to one side of the pool, ideal for dining alfresco in true, Spanish style.

Villa Candelaria has 2 separate entrances. The first leads to the private parking area, the second is the pedestrian entrance which leads through the front garden, to the grand villa entrance. Both are gated from the street. The impressive entrance courtyard has high columns and an attractive feature fountain. The stylish lounge and dining area are open plan, with patio doors opening onto the shaded dining terrace overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen and utility room are adjacent. The kitchen also has access to the garden. A WC completes the ground floor living area.

A central staircase lead up to the gallery landing and second lounge area. From here, patio doors open onto the first floor terrace with views over the marina.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom and twin bedroom which share a separate bathroom. Patio doors from the twin bedroom lead onto the terrace. Upstairs is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a connecting bathroom, and a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The twin bedroom at the front of the villa has a small, private balcony whilst the second twin bedroom shares the larger terrace with the first floor lounge, which also has a smaller side-facing terrace.

Located in an exclusive residential area of Cala D’or known as Cala Egos, between Porto Petro and the centre of Cala D’or itself. The area’s beautiful sandy beach, as well as a number of shops and places to eat, can all be found within a short walk. The chic marina is also nearby and is well worth a visit, easily accessible on foot, by car or within a short trip on the tourist train.
