Can Vita is close to all the hotspots of Ibiza, yet completely private and quiet, on the south side of one of Ibiza’s highest hills. This is really a house for people who, in addition to the great attractions that Ibiza has to offer, are also looking for a piece of nature and tranquility.
The villa is located approximately half way between Ibiza Town and Sant Josep surrounded by the countryside. The forest has wild orchids and rosemary that bloom in the spring. A wide variety of wild birds visit the villa and kingfishers and herons have been seen in the villa’s ponds. But if you are looking for more entertainment: the nightclubs Amnesia, Privilege, Pascha, Heart, Ushuaia and Hi are all within 15 minutes. In short, the best of both worlds!
The nearest beaches are Sa Caleta, Cala Jondal (Blue Marlin, Club Tropicana, Es Xarcu), Las Salinas (Jockey Club, Sa Trinxa, Beso, Malibu), Playa D’en Bossa (Beach House, Nassau, Hard Rock, Ushuaia), Es Cavallet (El Chirringuito, Chiringay) and Es Torrent – all within 15 minutes too.
The one-storey house is spread over several levels, following the contours of the rocks below. The large fitted kitchen opens into a bright dining room that leads to the spacious lounge with light from all sides. The six meter long sliding doors with double glazing give access to a covered terrace with a view over the pool and the enormous terraces.
The bedrooms are located at both ends of the house; the east wing with the master bedroom and bathroom and two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. The west wing also has three bedrooms; one with ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms sharing a large bathroom with walk-in shower.

Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
