Can Malalt is a traditional finca style villa located in a semi-rural setting in area known as Puig d’en Valls very close to Ibiza Town. Located on the southern end of the municipality of Santa Eulalia and just a few minutes from Ibiza Town, Puig d’en Valls, Can Malalt is a 6 bedroom traditional villa which has been lovingly restored, is an incredibly quiet and tranquil escape from busy island life. With spectacular views of Ibiza’s harbour, you have easy access to the centre of Ibiza with its dazzling array of nightlife venues, plus of course the islands abundance of beautiful beaches.
Hosting up to 12 guests, Can Malalt is an enchanting villa spread over a main house and guesthouse, teaming beautifully original architecture with practical, modern fittings and finishes. Encapsulating a rustic island feel, the vast inside spaces at this villa have been well designed to provide an easy flow from the outdoor to indoor areas.
In keeping with the surrounding landscape, the four bedrooms in the main house team a organic colour palette with original detailing. With a charming farmhouse character, the reception, living room and kitchen showcase Sabina beams and traditional tiled floors creating cool calming space to relax in. Then you have the guest house with 2 twin bedrooms.
Can Malalt offers huge amounts of outdoor entertaining space including a gazebo with barbeque, shaded pergolas, multiple dining zones and of course a superb swimming pool. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.
