Villa Can Emma is a cute, modernised 2 bedroom villa to sleep 4 and only about a 15 minute walk to the promenade which leads to the beach at Talamanca, so about a 25 minute walk to the main part of the beach; one of the closet beaches to Ibiza Town and offering a local feel with a good selection of restaurants next to the beach..
The wider area is known as Can Pep Simo and Cap Martinet which are suburbs of Ibiza Town. In addition to Talamanca beach you are also close to Ibiza Town and also Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort. You have distant views to the Dalt Vila (the Medieval fortress walls now home to cobbled streets and some of the best restaurants on the island) .
This villa is located in a quiet residential area and will suit families with children of any age, as well as being suitable for friends and couples. As the villa is in a residential area please be aware you have immediate neighbours and we ask you to be aware of and to respect the local laws regarding noise from 11pm

First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Staying at Can Emma allowed us to experience Ibiza like locals. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, which was perfect for our family. Our stay at Can Emma was a restful retreat. The villa offered everything we needed, from clean and comfortable bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms to a fully equipped kitchen. Can Emma’s location was ideal for our family. We were just a short 15-minute walk from the promenade leading to Talamanca Beach and approximately 25 minutes from the main part of the beach. It’s one of the closest beaches to Ibiza Town, giving us easy access to a local atmosphere and a variety of restaurants along the beach. The nearby area, Can Pep Simo and Cap Martinet, provided additional options for exploring.
Our stay at Can Emma was an absolute delight. This cozy and modern 2-bedroom villa was the perfect home away from home for our family of four. The villa has a clean and modern interior with whitewashed walls, making it feel bright and welcoming.
