Villa Can Cosmi is a beautiful property, fully renovated, located near the market of Es Canar, less than 3 km from the beaches of Cala Martina, Cala Nova and Es Canar Beach. This villa is perfectly positioned with all kinds of tourist attractions, restaurants, shops at hand.
Villa Can Cosmi develops on two floors, it has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (+ 1 external) for a total of 12 sleeps.
On the ground floor it features at the entrance a dining table for 6 people, sofa and fireplace.
Open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric cooker, fridge, American coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, etc.

On the first floor we find: 1 bedroom with bed of 180×2 (possible 2 single beds), access to terrace and air-conditioning, 1 bathroom with tub and 1 bedroom with bed of 180×2, dressing, en suite bathroom with shower.
Outside the villa boasts a terrace with chairs and umbrella, amazing countryside views, beautiful pool, pergola that gives shade to all the tables and even a fish pond. Entrance with table for 12 people. BBQ seating area at the rear of the house with a charcoal barbeque. Indoor Barbecue lounge area with tables for 20 people near the pool with bathroom complete with shower. Finally, the villa comes complete with a gym room equipped with spinning bike, tread mill, elliptical, weights (bench + dumbbells).
Villa Can Cosmi is located between Santa Eulalia & Es Canar. The nearest beach is Es Canar which is only one kilometre away, and with another 7 or 8 beaches within 5 kilometres, so ideal for exploring the great beaches and beach restaurants on the east coast.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
