At street level there is a garage with space for two cars and a freight lift for shopping and luggage. A staircase leads up to the villa’s elevated position. On the ground floor, guests will find a modern living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Large windows open directly onto the terrace and the infinity pool (10 x 4 m), offering a spectacular sea-facing panorama. The pool can be heated in May, June, September and October.

A half-floor above, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with double sinks and shower, with direct access to a rear terrace and garden. The upper level includes two more bedrooms, a second living room and a bathroom with double sinks, shower, toilet and a bath overlooking the sea. This floor also has access to an additional terrace. For the best views of all, the rooftop offers two large terraces with stunning 360° panoramas of the sea and mountains.

Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen beds and two bedrooms with twin beds, giving flexibility for families or friends. In total there are three modern bathrooms, each designed for comfort and convenience.
