Villa Calvina is a beautful and impressive 4 bedroom villa ideally located in Mijas Costa, between the resorts of Marbella and Fuengirola which are both within a 15 minute drive. A choice of shops, bars and eateries are within easy reach on foot, as well as the beautiful Mijas Costa beach and a choice of excellent golf courses are also in the area. The villa also benefits from air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms, a heated pool and WiFi at no extra cost.
This superior villa has pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms at no extra cost. Villa Calvina welcomes you with a spacious hallway and a metal and glass staircase that divides the villa in two.
On the ground floor on your right are the cloakroom and some steps down to the first of the spacious double bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. The impressive kitchen, dining room and the spacious lounge are on the left hand side of the entrance. From the dining room and the lounge you can access the terrace and the pool.
The staircase with an impressive mosaic divides the accommodation upstairs. A twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and built in wardrobes are on the right hand side of the staircase. On your left is a large, bright double bedroom with access to a spacious terrace that overlooks the pool and the terrace below. A full wardrobe room and an en suite bathroom with shower are part of this bedroom.
Outside, there is plenty of space around the pool for the sunbeds provided so all the family can take it easy and enjoy the sunshine. There are outdoor sofas, as well as a dining table and chairs in the shade which is ideal to enjoy barbeques alfresco.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

My husband, daughter, mother in law and brother in law stayed at the absolutely stunning Calvina in Mijas Costa. I cannot recommend the villa highly enough. It has absolutely everything that you could hope for – large kitchen, two separate dining tables, stunning pool and the bedrooms are all lovely. We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and found the whole experience easy to deal with this travel agency.
Have stayed in many villas and this surpassed all! It was truly spectacular and even more beautiful in person! Absolutely everything you could think of was provided in the villa. It had everything we could have asked for and was very good value for money. We cannot wait to book to come back here!
