With its minimalist architecture, green surroundings and stunning sea views, this luxury villa is ideal for holiday retreats with friends and family. The short-term rental is located only ten minutes away from the town center.
The property is designed to take advantage of the always pleasant, island temperature. The terrace and balcony lined with designer lounge sets, chaise longues, floating chairs and daybeds ensure that you’ll always have a comfortable place to soak up endless sun. When the sun is at its peak, cool off in the pool while taking in the sea in front of you. As dusk settles, gather your guests around the indoor or outdoor dining table and enjoy a meal amongst great company.
Inside, light pours into the main, open plan room through immense windows and bounces off the white walls filling the space with natural light. Custom furniture and carefully selected tables and accessories add taste and refinement to the well-thought-out layout of the vacation home. You’ll want to test out your culinary skills on the fully-equipped kitchen featuring deluxe appliances. In the living room, an eclectic mix of designer furniture successfully unite into a comfortable place to spend hours watching movies or connecting to the Wi-Fi.
All four bedrooms set new standards for luxury. You’ll find fine bedding and designer furniture within each meticulously planned room. The property is distributed over 2 levels with the master en-suite bedroom on the top floor. There are 3 further en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor set where you will find the kitchen.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Wow, Villa Caletana exceeded all expectations! We were a group of 8, and it was the perfect size for us. The outdoor spaces are so stylish, we spent every evening outside having dinner with the best views. The beach is just a short walk, and there’s so much to do around the area. We had the best family vacation here! The villa is in a perfect location—quiet, but close enough to all the best spots like Cala Jondal and Ibiza Town. The views from the pool are just breathtaking. Alba is a great host and made everybody within the party feel extremely welcome from the start. He was quick to respond to any questions and made sure everybody was comfortable. The villa itself is set within the mountains with an amazing view of the surrounding forests and the sea. It’s well equipped and finished to a very high specification. The villa would be well suited to families or groups of friends looking for a quiet stay in a luxury villa.
Villa Caletana is a beautiful house with a large bedrooms, terrace and amazing views. It has very comfortable bedrooms, each with a private, sumptuous en-suite bathroom. Every room has it’s own private entrance so the house works perfectly for families and groups who want a bit of separate space, as well as being together. The kitchen is welcoming and well equipped and the communal areas such as the lounge, chillout and terraces are all perfectly designed for relaxation. We also loved the walled garden and fenced off pool because it was safe for children to run around. This is quite unusual for these types of luxury properties in Ibiza. We have already booked our next visit. It was a winner and everyone in the group simply loved the house and felt very safe there.
We were three families with young children staying at Villa Caletana together. We were greeted the villa staff when we arrived and visited regularly throughout our stay with fresh vegetables, eggs from the chickens and little treats for the children. The village of Sa Caleta is very sweet and the locals friendly and welcoming.
The pottery and tavernas within walking distance of the villa were also lovely.
I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a slice of village life in Ibiza, with access to the main attractions.
