Villa Calderon is situated in the area of Nueva Andalucía, Marbella and offers the most extraordinary panoramic views of the la concha mountain and the Mediterranean Sea. Just a five-minute drive to the popular Puerto Banus and to some of the best golf courses Marbella has to offer.

The villa is distributed across three floors and has seven tastefully furnished spacious bedrooms accommodating a total of sixteen people so a fabulous choice for groups of friends and families. The large welcome entrance leads into the contemporary furnished living area which has a prime position in the house overlooking the wonderful infinity pool with its wonderful surrounding views.

On the same floor, you will also find the super spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a large open plan dining area for sixteen people which opens onto the large shaded terrace area. There are five bedrooms located on the ground floor, three of which have their own en suite and some of the bedrooms have convenient access to the pool and terrace area, which also has a fantastic jacuzzi.

Also, on the same floor is a great area for teenagers, a fantastic cinema room with pool table and outside the gym. On the first floor, there are two master bedrooms which have the added luxury of sharing a wonderful furnished terrace with a super chic sky bar, a great place to watch the sunset whilst enjoying your favourite cocktail.
