Villa Calandria is a stunning 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with panoramic views of the hillside villages and countryside. If that isn’t enough the interiors have a touch of quality throughout with large rooms and beautiful furnishings. This villa is nestled in the hillside only 10 minutes’ drive from the town of Frigiliana and the beach resort of Nerja. Air conditioning/heating in bedrooms and lounge and WiFi are included.

The large terrace and private pool commands fantastic panoramic views of Nerja and surrounding countryside. There is also a covered terrace with a comfortable seating area and large table to make the most of the fantastic outdoor dining space, by day or night. Why not cook up some tasty treats on your portable BBQ to enjoy? What’s more there is a second dining area at the front of the house. There’s also a poolside shower room for your convenience.
High electric entrance gates open onto the driveway with parking for at least two hire cars. The front door leads into a hallway with a WC on the right. All of the accommodation is on one floor.
The comfortable lounge is bright and airy with quality furnishings and a beamed ceiling . Adjacent is the dining room which has a wooden table with ample seating and a feature fire place. The fully equipped kitchen has additional seating, in the form of a small table and breakfast bar, along with an adjoining utility room. The lounge, dining room and kitchen all have patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace.
There are 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms is very spacious, positioned to enjoy the fantastic views of the surrounding area and has patio doors leading out to the pool terrace. Completing the sleeping arrangements is 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and a second twin bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children up to 8 years.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

The property is lovely and comfortable. Sunny place to relax and there are dining tables in the sun and in the shade. It is all well-equipped with kitchen gadgets, towels and a utility room for washing clothes.

A stunning place to stay – the photos do not do it justice! The place is huge with everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. A real home from home. We had three young children with us who loved it as much as the adults did. We would definitely recommend the villa and would happily rebook for next year. We will definitely be booking here again.
