Amenities
The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Stayed here with family, and it was the best decision ever! The place is so peaceful, but at the same time, we had plenty to do. Spent mornings at the golf course, afternoons by the pool, and evenings checking out local restaurants. Maspalomas is incredible, and this villa made it even better.
From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth. The concierge service was super helpful, even arranged a private transfer for us. The villa itself? Stunning!! Super comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and a kitchen perfect for cooking some local goodies. The dunes and Meloneras Beach are a MUST-SEE!!! Can’t wait to visit again.
Everything was amazing!! The house is huge, the pool area is so relaxing, and the beach is just a short drive away! 10/10 recommend!!!
Stayed here for a week, and OMG… what a place!!! The villa is super spacious, the pool was always clean, and the location was perfect—right next to the golf course and super close to the dunes!! Loved the little guest house too, gave us extra privacy. Already thinking about coming back next year!!!
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank the owners for enjoying our wonderful stay in their beautiful villa and would thoroughly recommend it. The villa was lovely and clean and very spacious. We only stayed a week and would of loved to stay longer.
My family & I really enjoyed our stay at this amazing Villa, it has everything you would ever need for a fantastic holiday in the sun. A week was not long enough, even things for the kids to do, the pool, the games room, DVD, Plasma TV. The large spacious rooms, the clean towels & bed linen, even a washing machine & tumble dryer, the kitchen & the cutlery/crockery. The exterior of the villa with the outside dining area & BBQ was fantastic, the sun loungers & patio furniture are so comfortable for lazy days in the sun.
