1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

If you want peace & quiet with breathtaking views, this is the spot! The villa is spacious, modern, and has everything you need for a comfy stay. Having the pool all to ourselves was a dream! Also, big plus – beaches are just a short drive away!

From the moment we booked, everything was smooth! The agency helped us with airport transfers and even recommended some awesome places to visit. Villa itself? Just stunning! Super clean, comfy beds, and that pool… heaven!! Spent most of our evenings just relaxing outside with a glass of wine. ???? Already planning our next trip back!

Stayed here for a week with my family, and wow… what a place! The villa is super modern, spotless, and has everything you need. The heated pool was amazing, especially at night with the view over the island! ???? The location is peaceful but still close enough to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill, luxury getaway!

Casa Cabra offered us a tranquil and exclusive experience in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the north of the island, Villaverde. Our stay at Casa Cabra was nothing short of heavenly. The spacious rooms, heated pool, and breathtaking views made it the ideal spot for relaxation.
