This detached villa enjoys an enviable location of the exclusive and secure urbanization Vista Alegre, which is located on the South-West Coast of Ibiza, with beautiful sea views and aspects to Porroig, Formentera and Salinas.
The house sits on a plot of 650m², and boasts 275m² of floorspace.

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge and dining room, and kitchen, spread over two floors. There is an additional kitchen outside. The villa is part of the Vista Alegre complex, which benefits from high security.

On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms (with the option for one further bedroom), three bathrooms, kitchen, salon and living room. On the first floor are a further bedroom and bath, small kitchen and a terrace area.
Outside are several large terraces, barbeque area and pool area. There is underfloor heating and the whole villa is climate controlled. There is also a community pool which is part of the complex.

The beautiful outdoor facilities provide space and privacy including a large swimming pool, outside bar and an external kitchen with a BBQ area as well as several dining terraces and chill-out lounges.

The salt water pool can be heated and the upper floor offers a private jacuzzi to enjoy the panoramic views. The area is also known for the most stunning and hidden beaches, including the beach Es Torrent.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a tatami round bed. There is also a TV above the bed and floor-to-ceiling windows. It also features a modern designed ensuite bathroom, from where one can enjoy the endless views over the Mediterranean Sea. The large terrace offers a private whirlpool, diverse chill-out lounges and a spectacular view.

The stylish villa can accommodate up to 6 people, separated on two levels. Both suites on the ground floor are bright and modernly furnished with floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room features a kingsize bed, a modern ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.

The focal point of the living area is the high-tech kitchen on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all modern appliances, crockery and kitchen utensils in order to get creative and feel like a real master chef.

The open kitchen is blended in the living room, which features a beautiful fireplace and design furniture. In wintertime the villa has an underfloor heating, which makes the property a top destination also in colder months.
